Stacey Valy Panayiotou currently serves as the Global Head of Talent and Development for The Coca-Cola Company. Her responsibilities are to partner with operating leadership to set the enterprise talent and development strategy and design leading practice solutions to meet the changing business and talent needs.

Earlier, she was the VP Talent Development & Organization Effectiveness at Coca-Cola Refreshments, where she led a team responsible for developing and executing the strategies, solutions, processes, and tools for all learning, talent management, leadership development, organization development, research and measurement, and engagement initiatives across the company.

Stacey brings over 15 years of experience across a variety of roles in Human Resources, both in generalist and specialist roles.  Her passion for bringing out the best in talent based on the needs of the business has served her well throughout her career and especially in her current role.

Most recently, Stacey served as Vice President of Human Resources for the West Business Unit of Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. (CCE).  Before joining CCE, Stacey worked in Global Human Resources with The Coca-Cola Company.

 Prior to that, she led the Organization Development function for Pactiv Corporation, a packaging company based outside of Chicago. 

Stacey holds two Master’s Degrees from Loyola University Chicago (Institute of Human Resources & Industrial Relations) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Iowa.
