Rich Vincent is the Vice President, Talent & Leader Development at Amazon. Prior to this, Rich has been the Global Head of Leader Development, Chief Learning Officer, and Director, Executive Development at Nestle. He has also worked as the Manager in Training department of Zurn Industries for three years. Moreover, he was a Captain in United States Air Force for seven years commencing 1986.
Rich is a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from Capella University and has a Master’s degree from Chapman University.
Rich has Professional Management Certificate of Development from Wharton Executive Education.
