Holbrook Hankinson is the Chief Learning Officer at Delta Airlines Global Services. Earlier, he has been the Director, Learning and Leadership Development at St. Rita's Medical Center, where he directed all areas supporting the organizational training and development needs, assuring that meaningful opportunities for learning and growth are available to managers and employees.

Prior to joining St. Rita's Medical Center, Hankinson was the President of Indianapolis Consulting Group. Earlier, he has also been the Executive Vice President at Standard Management.

Previously, Hankinson was the Senior Director, U.S. Training, Learning, and Development at McDonald's Corporation, prior to which, he was the Director- TQM and Performance Measurement at Arthur Andersen.

Hankinson is a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems Technology/Organizational Development from Indiana University Bloomington. Hankinson holds his M.A. in Special Education from Ball State University, while he did his B.A. in English/Secondary Education from DePauw University.
