Christopher Yates is the Chief Learning Officer / Director of People & Organizational Development at Caterpillar Inc. since 3.5 years. Simultaneously, he is the Founder and Non-Executive Chairman of Ethical Organizational Design Consulting. Prior to this, he has been the Group Head of Organizational Development at HSBC for four years. He has also worked as VP, Organizational Capability & Talent in American Express.

Before joining American Express, Christopher worked with Canon Europe Ltd. and King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Moreover, he has been a Board Member at Prevent Child Abuse, Illinois.

Christopher holds M.Sc. in Occupational & Organizational Psychology from the University of East London.
