Margot Thom is the Deloitte Global Chief Talent Officer and is a member of Deloitte’s global Executive and Operating Committees. Margot is passionate about purpose, leadership, and the role of talent in driving value for the business.

Margot was earlier associated with CIBC as the Chief HR Officer, Amicus. Prior to joining CIBC, Margot was a Partner with Towers Perrin.

Margot holds her MBA in Business from Ivey Business School at Western University. She also holds a diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from British Columbia Institute of Technology, and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of British Columbia.
