Since 2015, Dan Lovely has been the Chief Learning Officer for American International Group, Inc. (AIG). Prior to this, he served as the Global Head of People Intelligence and Global Head of Learning & Organizational Development at BNY Mellon. He has also been the Manager, Talent Management & Diversity with Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, New York. Dan was associated with Pfizer and BP, too.

He is an MS, Geology from Purdue University.
