Andrea Elkin, the Vice President, Head of Enterprise Learning at ADP, has more than 20 years of corporate and consulting experience and is recognized for excellence and innovation in delivering business strategies and talent management solutions that have become benchmarks among financial services and wealth management firms.

Earlier, Andrea was the Chief Learning Officer at BNY Mellon, prior to which, she served as the Global Head, Leadership & Management Development in the same company.

Before joining BNY Mellon, Andrea worked with UBS Wealth Management as the Managing Director. Formerly, she was the Senior Vice President at Prudential Financial, before handling the position of CEO at ARE Consulting. She has also been the Financial Advisor and the First Vice President at Prudential Securities for tenures of 3 years each. Previously, Andrea has been the First Vice President at Shearson Lehman Brothers, way back in 1986.

Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Emory University. She was honored the Learning in Practice Award by the Chief Learning Officer Magazine in August 2015.
