Joe Weldon work as the Chief Talent Officer for PNC Financial Services Group. He has been associated with many banks and financial institutions.

Prior to joining PNC, Joe was the Managing Director, Head of Learning and Development at Citi, and earlier served as SVP Learning and Development at the Bank of America.

He has also been the Senior Vice President at Merrill Lynch & Co, prior to which he was the Vice President, Learning and Development at Salomon Brothers Inc. He started his career from Macy's as an Executive Trainer, and was promoted to Manager after five years.

Joe is an MS in Organizational Development from American University. He has studied at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, too. He completed his schooling from Downingtown Senior High School.
