As the CLO of CHS Inc., Lynda Koehler brings a unique background of depth in organization effectiveness, executive and team development, leadership development, strategy development, talent management, and executive coaching - coupled with deep experience in leading global businesses, P&L ownership, marketing strategy and business development.

She has also been with Piper Jaffray as the Managing Director, Individual and Organizational Effectiveness.
Earlier, she was the Progressive Senior Management Roles in Marketing and Human Resources at Honeywell for 12 years!
Lynda holds her MBA from University of St. Thomas, and Master of Arts (M.A.), LMFT, Psychology from Alfred Adler Graduate School. She holds her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Augsburg College.
