Francoise Caraguel, the Global Chief Talent Officer at CSM Bakery Solutions, was hired to build from a blank slate, a global business centered Talent of Excellence in a highly transformational environment.

Prior to joining CSM in 2014, Francoise was the Global Vice President, Learning and Talent Management for International Flavors & Fragrances Inc., a global ingredient innovator and manufacturer for major consumer product companies. Based in the company’s New York headquarters, Francoise was responsible for the development and implementation of IFF’s global learning and talent management strategy and building a sustainable human capital plan.

Francoise also worked at New York Stock Exchange Euronext, holding positions of Global Talent Management and Global Learning, Development & Communication in both France and the United States. Previously, Francoise was Chief Learning Officer for Pfizer France and headed Learning and Development for Europe, Middle East and Africa for Johnson & Johnson. The early part of her career was spent in sales and consulting roles. She has true global experience, having also lived in France, Guatemala and Zimbabwe.

Francoise received her MBA from INSEAD business school.
