April San Antonio is the Chief Learning Officer and VP (Learning and Development) at Liberty Mutual Insurance. She is a strategic Talent Management leader who integrates leadership and organizational development expertise with consulting capabilities to deliver innovative and results-based strategies to drive business results. Earlier, she worked as the Director, Management and Professional Development in the same company.

Previously, April was associated with Nuance Communications as the Senior Director, Global Leadership Development. She has also been the Senior Director, Leadership and Organization Development at Genzyme.

April has been an important position holder at PTC (Parametric Technology Corporation), where she worked as VP, Human Resources, after she had worked as Director, Human Resources; OD and Leadership Development Director; and Manager for a fair good part of her career. Earlier, she was associated with Alternatives Unlimited, Inc. as the Manager of Staff Development

April is a graduate from Wheaton College (MA) and holds her MS in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from Springfield College.
