Carole Torres, the SVP, Chief Learning Officer at KeyBank, is responsible for providing executive leadership and direction to the design, development, and deployment of KeyBank’s enterprise learning and training programs. Earlier, she was the SVP, Talent Management & Staffing Operations, wherein she partnered with Human Resources and Executive Management to establish and execute a talent strategy that is directly related to the performance of the business.

Previously, she has also served as the SVP, Human Resources - Leadership Development Executive at Bank of America, and also been the SVP, Human Resources - Learning Manager for a year and a half.

In Bank of America, Carole has served as VP, Card Operations Manager, and AVP, Consumer Credit Manager, too.

Carole is a B.S. in Marketing from Miami University.
