Mike Kessler has been the Chief Learning Officer at BAE Systems since 2014. Before this, he was the Director, Organization Development at BAE Systems, and had already served as Manager, HR Capability in the same company, earlier.

Before joining BAE Systems, Kessler lead thirty-two professionals in recruiting for large financial services organization as the Director, Human Resources at Fannie Mae.

Kessler has also served as the Senior Director, Human Capital at American Red Cross for four years.

Kessler is a BBA in Marketing/ Economics from James Madison University. He did his master’s in Adult Learning from George Mason University.
