Rashid Wasti serves as the Chief Talent Officer and Executive Vice President of George Weston Limited since three years. Prior to this he held the position of Senior Partner and Principal with Egon Zehnder International.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Wasti was Consultant, Case Leader, and Manager at The Boston Consulting Group. Prior to this, he was Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble.

Wasti is an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University. He holds his BA and MA in Economics from University of Cambridge.
