Arnold is employed by MetLife, Inc. as a Senior Vice President and is responsible for enterprise succession management, talent brokerage, career planning, talent systems, assessment strategies, leadership pipeline development. Prior to joining MetLife, Arnold held a number of international roles with other Fortune 500 companies, including The Coca-Cola Company, Accenture and the World Bank. Arnold has travelled to and worked in over 50 countries in his career.

He excels in aligning people practices with business strategy and is recognized for specialist expertise in talent management, leadership succession planning; high potential and leadership development; learning solutions to build organizational capability; performance management, career development; assessment and selection.
Since commencing his career in his home country of South Africa, his deep functional experience and capabilities have been honed through assignments in a number of international organizations spanning financial services, consulting, retail and consumer goods across Africa, North America and Latin America.
