Cameron Hedrick, the Chief Learning Officer at Citi has been with Citi since 2003, and has worked upon various roles. Earlier, he was the Managing Director, Sr. Human Resource Leader, Global Commercial Bank, as well as US Consumer/Commercial Bank, before which, he served as the Director, Senior Human Resource Leader for US Retail Bank at Citi. He has also worked as the SVP (Corporate HR Reengineering and Talent & Org Capability). He joined Citi as the Sr. Director/Program Director.
Before joining Citi, Cameron was the Sales/Marketing EVP with D-tech Corporation. He was previously working with Fidelity Investments, where he held multiple positions.
Cameron holds an Exed Ed in Knowledge Management/Human Capital Strategy, and in Human Capital Strategy in the 21st Century from Harvard Business School. He also holds a BA in Communications/Public Relations, and Music Performance from Ouachita Baptist University.
