Michelle Lotti, the Chief Learning Officer at Samsung Electronics, North America, was earlier the Retail Training and Development Leader at Samsung Telecommunications, North America, where she was the head of training and development for Samsung-Telecommunications.

Prior to joining Samsung, Lotti was the Senior Director, Head of Talent Management at Sam's Club, before which, she was associated with Walmart as the Talent Development Director for five years.

Earlier, Lotti was the Global Learning Leader at General Electric. She has also been the Vice President-Talent Development Services for Bank of America. She started her corporate career with AT&T as Senior Design Leader.

Lotti is M.S. in Instructional Technology from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
