Brenda Sugrue, the Chief Learning Officer for EY since 2014, provides strategic direction and operational leadership of learning globally. She is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based instructional design and delivery across Kaplan’s portfolio of educational products.

Prior to joining EY, Brenda was associated with Kaplan as the Chief Learning Officer for the Kaplan Performance Solutions. She has also been the Vice President, Learning Innovation and Research at Kaplan.

Before joining Kaplan, Brenda was the Director, Global Learning and Performance at ITT Corporation. She has also been with IBM as the Sales Learning Leader. She was also a professor of Instructional Design and Technology at the University of Iowa.
