As the Chief Talent Engagement Officer at eBay, Lee Readman is responsible for Global Talent Engagement, Acquisition, Recruitment, Sourcing, Attraction, and Program activities and a talented global team of recruitment business partners.

Before handling this position, Readman was the Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition at eBay, prior to which, he was the Director, Talent Acquisition EMEA eBay, PayPal & GSI & Global Talent Acquisition Excellence Leader.

Before joining eBay, Readman was the Founder, President/ Managing Director of One Life Recruitment & Human Resources, where he led the business from start-up to sale.

Previously, Readman was the Organization & Staffing Leader at GE Capital. Earlier, he has also been with Asda Walmart as the Head of Resourcing, People Shared Services, and Employee Relations – HQ, prior to which, he was the Personnel / Human Resources Business Partner, Stores, Group, HQ at Tesco Stores Ltd. Before this, he was Senior Recruitment Consultant & Regional Trainer at Manpower UK.

Readman is a BA Hons in Psychology & Sociology from University of Liverpool.
