Annmarie joined H&F in 2015 and is the Chief Talent Officer. Her primary responsibility is to help H&F drive value by improving the organizational and leadership effectiveness of the Firm’s portfolio companies.

Annmarie has over twenty years of experience working with global organizations on executive leadership, talent management, and organizational design.

Prior to H&F, she ran her own consulting firm and held the Chief Talent Officer roles at both Cisco Systems and First Data Corporation. Additionally, she was a Senior Consultant with RHR International.

While working with Cisco, she received the Working Mother award by Working Mother Magazine.

Annmarie is a graduate from Harvard University and holds her Master’s degree from Santa Clara University.
