Kimberly Currier, the Global Leader for Learning and Development at Kimberly-Clark, leads the global learning team including strategy, design, and delivery of learning solutions. Prior to this, she was the Associate Director for North America Learning & Development at Kimberly-Clark where she worked with HR leaders to identify opportunities and develop and deliver learning solutions. She also led a team that delivered learning solutions including capital equipment training, technical training, and professional development training.

Before joining Kimberly-Clark, Currier was Vice President, Talent Development at American Cancer Society, where she was honored with five awards: Prism Award, 2014 Learning Elite - Bronze Award Winner, Learning in Practice Award - Bronze for Innovation, 2009 ERE Recruiting Excellence Award - Best Retention Program, and ATD BEST Award.

Currier has also worked as the Development Manager at University of Arizona, Heart Center.

Currier holds her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Furman University.
