Emily Dancyger King, the SVP Talent Management at McKesson, has a strong experience in delivering talent management, succession planning, executive assessment and executive development outcomes in high intensity business turn around environments.

Prior to joining McKesson, Emily was associated with the Citi Group as Chief Learning officer. Previously she was the Managing Director, Global Head of Talent Management, where she was responsible for developing leaders and building bench strength to meet current and future business needs.  She partnered with HR and the Business to create and implement a talent management infrastructure, framework, and common strategies and processes to talent planning, high potential identification, development and retention, succession planning, coaching and executive assessment.

Emily has strong facilitation and consulting experience with an extensive background in executive coaching, 360-degree feedback systems and linking leadership development to improved business results.

In her previous role Emily ran Leadership and Executive Development at Citi and was responsible for the strategy, design, development and delivery of the company’s global leadership and executive development initiatives. In this role Emily was instrumental in the design and development of Citi’s current global leadership curriculum and defining a common set of leadership competencies for the company.

Before joining Citi group, Emily was the Manager for Training and Organizational Development at Loral Skynet. She has also been associated with Interactive Communications and Entertainment Inc. and Club Monaco.

Emily holds her Master’s degree in Social Sciences from New York University. She holds her Bachelor’s in Anthropology and Modern Languages from Western University.
